Vertical Agent Pack
A vertical SaaS team entering a new segment normally spends a quarter rebuilding its ICP definitions, sources, signals and copy before the first email goes out. The pack encodes all of that as installable skills the team runs itself.
What was actually hard
Methodology for a vertical usually lives in one person's head and a few spreadsheets. When that person moves on or the team adds a segment, the motion restarts from zero.
In order
- Encode the vertical. ICP, offer and the language the segment uses, as a context layer every other skill reads.
- Discover where the vertical lives. Google Maps and directories for local businesses, rather than B2B databases that barely cover them.
- Signals and qualification. rules specific to the vertical: what a growing studio looks like, what a dying one looks like.
- Copy. sequences written in the vertical's vocabulary, with deliverability QA baked in.
- Hand the pack over. the team runs it; Zevenue does not stay in the loop.
Decisions that made it work
- The pack is the product; the vertical is the parameter.Fitness studios was the first instance. The same structure switches on the next vertical without a rebuild.
- Enablement is measured by time-to-first-win.A working system the team runs on day one beats a strategy document they read on day thirty.
Outcomes
A new vertical switched on in a day. The client describes the result on record in the linked recording.
Why it matters
The team runs the pack, not the consultant. That is the adoption motion, and it is the one I would run inside a customer's team.
